3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Pricing

All prices for our services need a preliminary problem-recognition meeting and will be announced only after that session from one of our employees. All prices for courses are listed on our Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment

Payment for services and courses must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our Site.

3.3 Refund Policy

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Province of Quebec.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
